HypnoBirthing® classes—whether group or private—include five weekly sessions, either in person or on Zoom, with each one lasting about 2.5 to 3 hours.

- May 3rd to June 7th 2026 (Sundays) at 6:00 pm EST/ 7:00 pm AST – Online with Jessica
- May 30th to June 27th 2026 (Saturdays) at 8:00 am EST/9:00 am AST – Online with Mercedes
*Private classes available on request
Your HypnoBirthing Class Registration includes:
- 12.5 to 15 hours of class (five 2 1/2 to 3 hour classes once per week)
- HypnoBirthing Text Book
- HypnoBirthing Workbook
- 7 Downloadable tracks
- Scripts, class notes, visualization posters, a birth plan template, and support from your educator as needed
