HypnoBirthing® classes—whether group or private—include five weekly sessions, either in person or on Zoom, with each one lasting about 2.5 to 3 hours.
2025/2026 Class Dates & Details:
- Sundays at 7:00 pm AST/ 6:00 pm EST from November 2nd to November 30th 2025 – Online
- Tuesdays at 7:00 pm AST/ 6:00 pm EST from November 18th to December 16th 2025 – Online – SPANISH
- Sundays at 7:00 pm AST/ 6:00 pm EST from January 4th to February 1st 2026 – Online

Your HypnoBirthing Class Registration includes:
- 12.5 to 15 hours of class (five 2 1/2 to 3 hour classes once per week)
- HypnoBirthing Text Book
- HypnoBirthing Workbook
- 7 Downloadable tracks
- Scripts, class notes, visualization posters, a birth plan template, and support from your educator as needed
